Job Description

Axon is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to expand their presence in the US public safety market. This role focuses on building relationships with PSAP clients, driving revenue growth, and implementing strategic account plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for improving public safety through AI-powered emergency communications.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and market share
  • Build and deepen client relationships

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS, high-growth tech, public safety, and software sales
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and large contracts
  • Strategic and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
  • Willingness to travel 30–50%
  • Knowledge of NG9-1-1, CAD, or call-handling systems (preferred)
