Job Description

Axon is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale their Account Executive team within the Mountain or Pacific region. This role focuses on developing top-of-funnel strategy, improving pipeline quality, and nurturing high-performing AEs to expand their impact across public safety agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop SDRs and AEs
• Drive disciplined funnel management
• Partner with Sales Leadership
• Implement and improve coaching systems
• Support in-field sales motion
• Identify and escalate underperformance
• Contribute to sales hiring and onboarding

Requirements

• Proven experience managing SDRs, BDRs, or early-stage AEs in high-growth SaaS/tech sales
• Fluency in funnel metrics and pipeline management
• Skilled in coaching and feedback
• Comfortable with challenging conversations
• Strong collaboration skills
