Job Description

Axon is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to accelerate go-to-market performance and empower sales teams. This role involves designing, delivering, and optimizing enablement programs focused on prospecting, discovery, pipeline growth, and deal execution, particularly within the public safety technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver enablement programs for core sales competencies
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify performance gaps
  • Tailor enablement content to different sales segments
  • Develop and maintain enablement content like playbooks and guides
  • Deliver engaging training experiences
  • Equip sellers with effective sales tools
  • Measure enablement effectiveness using data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales leaders
  • Support sales managers with coaching and performance tracking

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales enablement and sales training experience
  • 3+ years in quota-carrying SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of driving measurable gains in sales performance
  • Deep understanding of full-cycle sales processes and methodologies
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Experience enabling enterprise and mid-market teams
  • Self-starter with a bias for action
  • Familiarity with public safety or emergency communications is a plus
