Job Description

Axon is seeking an Engineering Program Manager II to lead cross-functional teams in the development of technology for law enforcement, focusing on new Taser products. The role involves managing budgets, schedules, and driving decisions from concept to launch, collaborating with diverse technical teams to deliver innovative products.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams throughout development cycles
• Create, track, and own program budgets and schedules
• Drive critical decision-making on new Taser products
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, industrial, software, firmware, and manufacturing teams
• Develop relationships and influence teams across the organization
• Deliver a product suite that meets customer needs

Requirements

• 2-5 years of program management experience in hardware development
• 2-5 years of experience in building processes, project management, and scheduling
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of engineering principles
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
