Axon is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of innovative software products. Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Partner with engineering, design, and other teams

• Validate product concepts and refine requirements
• Establish and track KPIs
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success
• Integrate products with platforms and APIs

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Experience building and scaling software products
• Comfort discussing system architecture and technical trade-offs
• Skills in iterative development and data-driven prioritization
• Exceptional empathy and user insight translation
• Stakeholder alignment skills
• Willingness to travel
