Axon is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of innovative software products. This role focuses on defining product vision, driving roadmap execution, and ensuring successful launch and scaling of high-impact software solutions with a strong emphasis on customer empathy and technical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Gather customer and market insights
• Partner with engineering, design, and other teams
• Ensure seamless user experiences and security
• Validate product concepts and refine requirements
• Establish and track KPIs
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success
• Integrate products with platforms and APIs

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Proven success launching and scaling software products
• Comfort discussing system architecture and technical trade-offs
• Skilled in iterative development and data-driven prioritization
• Exceptional empathy and user insight translation
• Stakeholder alignment skills
• Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
