Axon is seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and roadmap for their body worn cameras. The role involves gathering feedback, prioritizing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the product lifecycle from conception to go-to-market. The ideal candidate will have experience with hardware/software devices and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Product Management experience with hardware/software devices
• Experience with quality, test validation, and product reliability
• Experience solving user interaction problems
• Proven track record of delivering successful products
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
