Job Description

Axon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and deliver next-generation smart devices that combine hardware, firmware, and connectivity. This role involves collaborating across multiple teams to ensure hardware products meet customer needs and deliver measurable outcomes, bridging customer needs, technical complexity, and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and internal teams to understand market needs
• Define and deliver product improvements and new hardware products
• Translate customer insights into product specifications
• Collaborate with engineering to balance scope, functionality, and time-to-market
• Gather and analyze product performance data
• Make data-driven product decisions
• Define and track key performance metrics
• Contribute to product quality and reliability improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on hardware
• Proven track record of delivering successful products
• Experience with product requirements, design, and validation testing
• Familiarity with hardware quality and reliability processes
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
