Axon is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Justice and Corrections team, focused on building solutions to improve efficiency, accountability, and equity in the Criminal Justice and Corrections systems. The role involves leading projects, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with product and design teams to deliver innovative solutions for prosecutors, public defenders, and corrections officers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience driving technical strategy
• Expertise in large-scale cloud services
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and queuing systems
• Experience with Java, Scala, Go, C#, or similar
• Frontend experience with JavaScript, Typescript, React, Angular
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to work with product managers and engineers
