Job Description

Axon is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to define and drive the vision for VR device management, enabling agencies to deploy, organize, and manage VR hardware fleets through scalable software systems. This role focuses on creating a modern device management experience with intuitive web-based tools, ensuring training readiness and scaling the VR platform to an enterprise level.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fleet Management Tools initiative
• Define and launch Device and Fleet Management UI
• Develop a customer-facing Content Management System
• Design an Agency Device Settings System
• Establish key metrics for fleet performance
• Partner with engineering, UX, and data science
• Collaborate across Axon hardware and software teams
• Engage with customers to validate designs
• Support future CMS development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, game design, engineering or related field
• 8+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong understanding of device lifecycle management
• Ability to translate workflows into software experiences
• Data-driven mindset
• Strong collaboration skills
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments
