Job Description

Axon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead innovation for immersive training within VR Labs. This role involves designing and overseeing experiments, evaluating technical feasibility, and guiding the development of virtual reality training programs, including TASER Arena. The focus is on early-stage exploration with potential for programs to transition into full production.

Responsibilities

• Lead VR Labs identifying, prototyping, and evaluating new technologies
• Establish methods for assessing technology readiness and customer value
• Partner with user research to gather insights and shape recommendations
• Work with development teams to build and iterate on prototypes
• Conduct qualitative testing and produce reports
• Build relationships with hardware and software partners
• Own TASER Arena ensuring customer adoption

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience with early-stage innovation and prototype efforts
• Comfort with ambiguity and experimentation
• Experience with immersive technologies (VR, AR, MR) or adjacent fields
• Ability to frame tradeoffs and influence
• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally
