Job Description

Axon is seeking a Senior Product Manager for VR Labs to lead innovation in immersive training. This role involves designing experiments, evaluating technologies, and guiding the development of VR training programs, including TASER Arena. The ideal candidate will balance curiosity with pragmatism to identify and incubate technologies that enhance public safety training.

Responsibilities

• Lead VR Labs identifying, prototyping, and evaluating new technologies
• Establish methods for assessing technology readiness and customer value
• Partner with user research to gather insights and shape recommendations
• Work with development teams to build and iterate on prototypes
• Collaborate on qualitative testing and reports
• Build relationships with hardware and software partners
• Own TASER Arena, ensuring customer adoption

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience with early-stage innovation and prototype efforts
• Comfort with ambiguity and experimentation
• Experience with immersive technologies (VR, AR, MR) or adjacent fields
• Ability to frame tradeoffs and influence
• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally
