Job Description

The Technical Support Representative provides first class technical support to Axon Fusus customers through multiple communication channels. This is a customer-focused, technical position with responsibilities for meeting or exceeding performance and quality goals, focusing on hardware and software support.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on the Axon Fusus solution
  • Work with Video Management Systems (VMS), IP Cameras, and Linux networking tools
  • Assist with the geospatial setup of customer locations
  • Respond to and resolve customer support requests
  • Troubleshoot issues and follow escalation policy
  • Document work within the Axon Fusus CRM
  • Participate in training and certifications

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in information systems and networking
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of enterprise network equipment
  • Experience with security camera systems is desired
  • College degree in a technical discipline is preferred
  • Certifications such as Network+, Security+, Linux+ are a plus
  • Must pass a CJIS background check
