Job Description

Axon is seeking a Technical Support Representative to provide first-class technical support to customers through various communication channels. This role focuses on troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and maintaining expertise in Axon products and policies. The position requires a customer-focused individual with strong technical skills and a commitment to Axon's mission to Protect Life.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years technical support experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for helping people
  • Proficient with Windows, mobile devices, and cloud solutions
  • Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to articulate technical information
  • Self-driven and independent
  • Pass a CJIS background check
