Job Description

Axon is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and expand relationships with smaller justice agencies. This role involves owning the full sales cycle for SaaS and hardware solutions, building relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed quota.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a defined territory
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships
  • Collaborate with internal specialists
  • Lead discovery, demos, pilots, and negotiations
  • Manage pipeline and forecast in Salesforce
  • Travel regionally for conferences and events

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle
  • Data management experience with Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of cloud/SaaS concepts
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions
  • Willingness to travel
  • Team player with a high ownership mindset
