Job Description

Axon is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive new business and expand relationships with justice system customers in the Western region. This role involves the full sales cycle, from prospecting to guiding customers through Axon's SaaS and hardware solutions, with a focus on courts, prosecutors, and public defenders.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a regional territory
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships
  • Collaborate with internal specialists
  • Lead discovery, demos, pilots, and negotiations
  • Stay close to customer workflows and competitor activity
  • Accurately forecast pipeline in Salesforce
  • Travel regionally to engage customers

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of SaaS Sales Experience
  • 2+ years of Major Accounts Solution sales experience
  • Data management experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Strong understanding of Virtualization and Cloud
  • Ability to travel 50%+
  • Ability to articulate complex solution offerings
  • Startup experience
  • Criminal Justice/Legal/Public Safety experience
  • Team player
