Job Description

Axon is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to lead a team of Account Executives focused on driving sales with businesses and organizations outside of the public safety sector. This role involves building out the go-to-market motion for new markets, consistently delivering revenue goals, and fostering a collaborative sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Hire and develop Enterprise Account Executives
  • Deliver against team revenue goals

Requirements

  • 7+ years managing high performing software sales teams
  • 4+ years managing Enterprise sales teams
  • Track record of 100%+ quota achievement
  • Experience recruiting and developing a team
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience selling to Executive leadership
  • Territory management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Technically savvy
  • Ability to travel 50%+
