Axon is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to build and implement a sales pipeline strategy for enterprise markets. This role involves outbound lead creation, generating interest in Axon's solutions, and collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing teams. The position is part of a fast-paced startup environment focused on expanding into new verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound lead creation for commercial markets
  • Closing small and medium sized business
  • Generating interest in Axon Enterprise solutions
  • Identifying target prospects
  • Defining prospect messaging
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales Ops
  • Establishing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Building foundation and processes for the Axon Enterprise Team
  • Providing sales support to Account Executives
  • On site travel to F500 companies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of B2B experience as an SDR/BDR or Sales role
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Customer-focused and creative
  • Effective communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to learn a SaaS product
  • Attention to detail
