Job Description

Axon is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead sales efforts within the Enterprise team, focusing on new verticals like retail, healthcare, and private security. This role involves building relationships with key clients and partners, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and build sales to customers in new verticals
  • Manage and grow revenue and market share
  • Build business plans with stakeholders
  • Execute sales training and provide marketing support
  • Develop and maintain client and partner relationships

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales and/or channel experience in technology (software, SaaS, cloud)
  • Track record of sales success
  • Experience with executive-level engagements
  • Experience with large VARs and Systems Integrators
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Open to 50% travel
