Job Description

Axon is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead sales efforts within the Enterprise team, focusing on building relationships and driving revenue in the Retail vertical. This role involves both direct sales and managing commercial partnerships, contributing to the development of the Enterprise go-to-market strategy. The position requires a quota-carrying individual with experience navigating large accounts and integrators.

Responsibilities

  • Own and build sales to customers in new verticals
  • Manage and grow revenue and market share
  • Build business plans with stakeholders
  • Execute sales training and provide marketing support
  • Develop and maintain client and partner relationships

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales and/or channel experience in technology (software, SaaS, cloud)
  • Track record of sales success
  • Experience with executive-level engagements
  • Experience with large VARs and Systems Integrators
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Open to 50% travel
