The Federal Customer Success Executive manages the post-deployment experience with Federal Customers, focusing on value realization and product adoption of Axon Evidence features. This role involves strategic partnership, program reviews, and internal advocacy for customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as main point of contact for Federal agency customers
  • Conduct Program Reviews
  • Develop understanding of Axon products and customer workflows
  • Share industry best practices
  • Work with cross-functional teams
  • Assist customers, including after hours
  • Manage projects and provide updates
  • Manage Success Planning in Gainsight

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ customer-facing experience
  • Proven track record with Federal agency relationships
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to deal with change and stress
