Job Description

The Acquisition Account Executive, Mid City will drive new growth by converting existing TASER customers into full Axon ecosystem partners. This role focuses on expanding Axon’s portfolio to law enforcement agencies, requiring strong sales skills, relationship building, and a hunter mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow revenue at TASER-only agencies
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Build and execute account strategy
  • Cultivate relationships with agency stakeholders
  • Maintain knowledge of customer workflows
  • Oversee account activities
  • Accurately forecast pipeline
  • Log customer activity in CRM
  • Deliver product demonstrations and training

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years’ experience in full cycle Sales
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Field Sales experience preferred
  • Hunter mindset
  • Strong consultative selling skills
