Axon is seeking an Account Executive to sell products and services to Law Enforcement customers. This role involves prospecting, lead generation, field sales engagement, and managing accounts within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will drive demand for Axon products and contribute to the company's mission of protecting life.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plan
• Participate in training and skill-building
• Identify decision makers
• Maintain and expand CRM (Salesforce)
• Manage accounts inbound and outbound
• Attend sales meetings and report on market situation
• Handle sales order changes
• Provide product demos
• Emphasize Axon Ecosystem
• Capture accurate information in Salesforce
• Attend industry conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years’ full cycle Sales experience
• 1+ years’ customer facing sales experience
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• 1+ years’ Field Sales experience preferred
