Axon is seeking an Account Executive to sell their full suite of products to law enforcement agencies via telesales and onsite visits. This role focuses on new and existing customer accounts, requiring a proactive approach to lead generation and account management. The position is based in Scottsdale, AZ, with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plan
• Outbound and inbound account management
• Provide product demos
• Promote Axon’s ecosystems
• Attend industry trainings
• Travel to client sites and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ year’s sales experience
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Self-directed and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly energetic and proactive
