Job Description

Axon is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell their full suite of products to new and existing law enforcement customers via telesales and onsite client visits. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, account management, and providing product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plan
• Outbound and inbound account management
• Provide product demos
• Promote Axon’s ecosystems
• Attend trainings
• Travel to client sites and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years sales experience
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Self-directed and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly enthusiastic and motivated
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills
