Axon is seeking a Sales Representative focused on Axon Air to support the East Small City inside sales team. This role involves being a product expert for drone hardware and software, delivering demos, building quotes, and assisting reps in closing Air-specific opportunities to accelerate pipeline velocity and deal quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide product expertise on Axon Air solutions
• Deliver compelling product demos
• Build and assist with quotes
• Provide deal coaching
• Run enablement sessions and maintain training materials
• Coordinate with partners
• Manage demo environments
• Log activities in Salesforce
• Capture customer feedback

Requirements

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years in sales, pre-sales, or product specialist role
• Salesforce proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong facilitation and demo skills
• Excellent time management
• Problem-solving skills
