Job Description

The Sr. Deal Strategy Specialist will accelerate revenue growth by improving deal execution efficiency, accuracy, and strategic quality for the US Public Sector Sales team. This role involves structuring pricing, modeling ROI, providing program comparisons, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and Axon's policies.

Responsibilities

  • Structure pricing options and model ROI
  • Provide program comparisons
  • Summarize contractual debits/credits
  • Coordinate with Quoting to ensure deal accuracy
  • Convert quotes into customer-facing presentations
  • Review final quotes for alignment
  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements
  • Document best practices and develop deal templates
  • Drive adoption of scalable tools and frameworks
  • Manage priorities under tight deadlines

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, or similar
  • Experience supporting complex sales cycles
  • Proficient in Excel and Salesforce
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Solid cross-functional communication skills
