Job Description

Axon is seeking a Professional Services Manager to lead end-to-end deployments of Dedrone systems, providing training, guidance, and support to customers in public safety agencies. This role involves technical expertise, project management, and a commitment to customer success, ensuring seamless integration of Dedrone technology with existing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end deployments
  • Deliver role-based training
  • Guide customers in creating operational policies
  • Manage third-party vendors
  • Conduct site assessments
  • Maintain deployment documentation
  • Provide post-deployment monitoring
  • Capture customer feedback
  • Attend strategic customer meetings
  • Lead or assist in POCs
  • Support RFP/RFI responses
  • Draft or validate Statements of Work

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of customer-facing experience
  • Experience deploying hardware/software solutions
  • Understanding of drone systems
  • Familiarity with IP networking and Linux
  • Confident training presence
  • Experience with public safety agencies
  • Project and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Comfortable with physical tasks
