Job Description

Axon is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to lead the delivery of their SaaS Productivity solutions, including AI-powered applications and Records Management Systems. This role involves leading a team of program managers, ensuring successful deployments, and influencing the product roadmap to improve scalability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead SaaS productivity solution delivery teams
• Ensure programs are on time, within scope, and aligned to customer outcomes
• Manage program complexity and mitigate risks
• Implement standardized methodologies and KPIs
• Design new delivery models for scalability
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and R&D
• Build and coach a high-performing management team
• Establish partnerships with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Finance
• Serve as escalation point for customer programs
• Champion Axon’s values

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program or technical program management
• 5+ years leading cross-functional SaaS delivery teams
• Proven success delivering complex SaaS deployments
• Ability to scale deployment models
• Deep understanding of program management frameworks
• Experience managing programs with autonomy
• Strong people leadership skills
• Skilled at influencing cross-functional partners
• Analytical and process-oriented
• Excellent communication and executive presence
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Pass a CJIS background check
