Job Description

As a Professional Services Manager II, you will drive pre-sale and post-sale initiatives for Axon’s products, including Evidence.com and Axon body-worn cameras, ensuring customers successfully adopt and realize the full potential of these solutions. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor, managing deployments, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in pre-sale consulting, test evaluations, and deployment needs assessments
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute program implementations
  • Oversee large and complex deployments
  • Work with C-Suite Leadership, Directors of IT, and Directors of Security
  • Develop and deliver training plans and materials
  • Document customer feedback and communicate it internally
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product Management
  • Utilize Smartsheets for project management

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Experience implementing Axon body-worn camera programs
  • Understanding of software and hardware implementation in SaaS environments
  • Proficiency in Smartsheets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate
  • Willingness to travel
