Axon is seeking a Professional Services Manager to drive pre-sale and post-sale initiatives for their products, including Evidence.com and Axon body-worn cameras. The role involves managing deployments, ensuring customer adoption, and enhancing organizational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage in pre-sale consulting and needs assessments
• Plan and execute product implementations
• Oversee project timelines and stakeholder communication
• Interact with C-Suite and key stakeholders
• Develop and deliver training plans
• Document customer feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Utilize project management tools

Requirements

• BS/BA or equivalent experience
• Project management experience
• Experience with Axon body-worn camera programs
• Software and hardware implementation knowledge
• Proficiency in Smartsheets
• Excellent communication skills
• Independent work ethic and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel
