Axon is seeking a Professional Services Manager to drive pre-sale and post-sale initiatives for their products, including Evidence.com and Axon body-worn cameras. This role involves managing deployments, providing training, and ensuring customers maximize the value of Axon solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in pre-sale consulting and needs assessments

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Axon body-worn camera programs
  • Understanding of software/hardware implementation
  • Proficiency in Smartsheets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independent work ethic and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel
