Job Description

Axon is seeking a Professional Services Manager to drive pre-sale and post-sale initiatives for their suite of products, including Evidence.com and Axon body-worn cameras. The role involves managing deployments, ensuring customer success, and providing training and support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sale consulting and needs assessments
  • Plan and execute product implementations
  • Oversee project management and stakeholder communication
  • Interact with C-Suite and key stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver training plans
  • Document customer feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Utilize project management tools like Smartsheets

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Axon body-worn camera programs
  • Understanding of software and hardware implementation
  • Proficiency in Smartsheets
  • Knowledge of Axon products preferred
  • Experience with corporate/retail/security organizations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent work ethic and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel
