Job Description

The Senior Technical Account Manager will be the primary technical leader for a strategic Enterprise customer, responsible for device lifecycle management, incident response, network troubleshooting, and driving process improvements. They will deliver technical best practices, enable operational adoption of Axon products, and translate customer needs into prioritized product and engineering outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical advisor and primary contact
  • Master all Axon products
  • Own end-to-end device RMA
  • Provide Tier-2 technical support
  • Monitor fleet health and propose improvements
  • Drive cross functional initiatives
  • Deliver business reviews and enablement
  • Build and maintain runbooks and training materials
  • Lead pilots and rollout support
  • Mentor other TAMs and engineers
  • Develop relationships with key partners
  • Champion technical excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years in technical account management
  • Proven success managing enterprise relationships
  • Strong technical aptitude in wireless networking
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of cloud platforms
  • Ability to articulate technical information
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Pass CJIS background check
