Job Description

Axon is seeking a Datastore Support Engineer to provide support for their latest software products, Axon Records and Axon Standards, focusing on resolving escalated issues and customer requests. The role involves collaborating with law enforcement customers, troubleshooting system issues, and building customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with Law Enforcement customers
• Develop SQL queries
• Provide datastore support
• Collaborate with customers on ticket priority
• Research and troubleshoot Axon RMS issues
• Follow up with clients
• Develop knowledge base articles
• Report bugs and trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of cloud-based product support experience
• Willingness to learn and positive outlook
• Solid communication skills
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Experience with business intelligence applications
• Experience with JSON and XML
• Knowledge of computer/server hardware
• Ability to work independently
• CJIS background check clearance
