Job Description

Axon Product Specialists partner with Account Executives to engage large public safety agencies, providing technical leadership, shaping solution design, and guiding them through Axon’s RMS ecosystem. This role involves customer discovery, solution design, sales partnership, and industry influence, requiring a strategic technical voice and the ability to translate agency needs into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer needs discovery
• Deliver customized presentations
• Develop RMS and Dispatch workflows
• Own project scoping and SOW development
• Provide customer feedback for product roadmap
• Partner with demo engineers
• Build pre-sales strategy
• Lead internal coordination for procurement
• Track account activity
• Develop long-term relationships
• Represent Axon at industry events
• Identify industry trends
• Mentor junior advocates
• Participate in hiring

Requirements

• 5+ years customer-facing SaaS or technical sales/engineering experience
• Ability to lead complex discovery and build RMS solutions
• Experience scoping projects and developing SOWs
• Deep understanding of public safety workflows
• Strong presentation and demo skills
• Advanced technical fluency across cloud-based systems
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate
• Willingness to travel up to 80%
