Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will drive strategic growth and support public safety transformation across major law enforcement accounts in the U.S. This role involves building relationships, coordinating resources, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable outcomes, working closely with a Key Account Leader to co-own revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Close new business and expansions
  • Build and manage a long-term growth pipeline
  • Build and expand relationships with agency stakeholders
  • Identify whitespace and align solutions to customer priorities
  • Act as liaison between customer and internal teams
  • Scope clean deals and ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor service fulfillment and escalate risks
  • Use Salesforce and AI tools to enhance productivity

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle new business sales experience
  • Proven ability to exceed quota
  • Success managing large, multi-stakeholder accounts
  • Experience with sales forecasting and CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High ownership mentality
  • Ability to travel 60-80%
