Job Description

Axon is seeking a Key Account Leader to sell Axon products and services to law enforcement agencies. This is a quota-carrying, external field position requiring strong relationship-building skills, the ability to navigate complex sales processes, and a commitment to Axon's mission to Protect Life.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow revenue and market share
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Develop and execute account strategy
  • Track customer activity
  • Cultivate customer relationships
  • Oversee account activities
  • Own account relationship and drive customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for forecasting and competitor intelligence
  • Provide customer product training

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer facing Software (SaaS / Cloud) Sales Experience
  • 3+ years’ experience managing Major Accounts
  • Solution or consultative sales experience
  • Data management experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Strong understanding of Cloud and SaaS
  • Ability to travel 70%+
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions
  • Startup experience
  • Law Enforcement / Public Safety experience
  • Team player
