Axon is seeking an Outpost/Lightpost-focused representative to serve as a product expert for their ALPR solutions. This role will support the East Small City inside sales team by delivering demos, building quotes, answering customer questions, and accelerating pipeline velocity. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a knack for translating complex technology into customer value.

Responsibilities

• Provide product expertise on Outpost/Lightpost features
• Deliver compelling product demos
• Build and assist with quotes
• Provide deal coaching
• Run enablement sessions and maintain training materials
• Liaise with internal teams and partners
• Manage demo environments and POCs
• Log activities in Salesforce
• Capture and funnel product feedback

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years in sales, pre-sales, or product specialist role
• Salesforce proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong facilitation and demo skills
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
