Job Description

Axon is seeking a Specialist Seller to drive revenue growth for Fixed Operations and ALPR products within small-to-mid-sized law enforcement agencies. This role involves partnering with Inside Sales Representatives to accelerate adoption, strengthen product penetration, and ensure consistent messaging. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, coach ISRs, and collaborate with various teams to expand account penetration and improve product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Driving revenue growth for Axon Fixed Operations and ALPR products
• Partnering with Inside Sales Representatives
• Acting as the Fixed Ops subject-matter expert
• Building pipeline health by coaching ISRs
• Collaborating with KALs, CSMs, SEs, and Product

Requirements

• Proven experience in consultative SaaS or hardware sales
• Success in inside or hybrid sales models
• Pipeline management & forecasting expertise
• Understanding of IoT, surveillance, or mobility
• Skilled at cross-functional collaboration
• Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
