Responsibilities

• Lead bid strategy creation for complex opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate win themes
• Provide strategic oversight to proposal content
• Engage with stakeholders to align on bid strategies
• Conduct market and competitor analyses
• Implement process improvements for competitive bids
• Mentor and coach proposal managers

Requirements

• 10+ years in bid strategy, proposal management, or strategic planning
• Deep analytical ability and market trend interpretation
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in bid management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Advanced degree preferred
