Job Description

Axon is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven strategist to join their Sales Strategy & Enablement team, focusing on accelerating growth within the US Public Sector. This role involves providing insights, strategic recommendations, and operational rigor to Regional VPs and Directors, shaping go-to-market strategies, and enhancing performance analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic insights and enable growth
  • Shape sales strategy and guide market expansion
  • Enhance performance analytics and improve forecasting
  • Size opportunities and launch growth plays
  • Drive pricing strategy and strengthen deal execution
  • Mentor team members and elevate analytical rigor

Requirements

  • 6-9+ years of experience in sales strategy, business operations, or management consulting
  • Experience supporting revenue teams with insights
  • Strong command of data analytics (Excel, BI tools, SQL, Salesforce)
  • Ability to translate data into strategy
  • Comfort with ambiguity and independent project leadership
  • Strategic thinking and attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills
  • Curiosity about the Public Sector ecosystem
  • Passion for Axon’s mission
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
