Codazen is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build enterprise-scale applications, lead architecture and design, deliver solutions, mentor engineers, and serve as a client partner. The role involves hands-on coding, presenting features, gathering requirements, and driving quality across projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise-scale web solutions
• Drive architecture and design decisions
• Build high-performance applications with React and PHP
• Architect backend infrastructure
• Implement secure APIs using GraphQL
• Implement engaging UI with HTML/CSS
• Define backend storage models
• Lead client meetings and demo features
• Promote quality engineering initiatives
• Evaluate emerging technologies
• Mentor junior engineers
• Participate in code reviews

Requirements

• 4+ years in a Senior Full-Stack Engineering role
• Experience with modern Javascript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
• Client engagement experience
• Passion for high-quality software
• Experience with software engineering principles
• Ability to prioritize and manage risks
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
