Blink Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company focused on making prescriptions accessible and affordable. The Patient Care Coordinator will perform patient outreach, benefits coordination, and provide support for pharma programs, ensuring patients have access to their medications.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient outreach for enrollment, benefits, and delivery
• Provide patient care and triage to pharmacists
• Resolve patient, doctor, and insurer issues
• Document call information and escalate issues
• Research information and maintain confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws
• Collaborate cross-functionally

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2+ years of customer service or call center experience
• Industry experience
• Strong communication and technical skills
• Passion for patient care
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to learn new software
