Job Description

This is a full-time, rotational training program designed for individuals interested in launching a career in healthcare and pharmacy services. Associates will rotate through key operational areas within BlinkRx’s closed-door pharmacy operations, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Enter and validate pharmacy-related data
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data entry issues
• Engage with patients, providers, and insurers
• Learn and utilize BlinkRx’s proprietary tools
• Maintain patient privacy
• Complete learning modules and performance evaluations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (Associate or Bachelor degree is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-centric mindset
• Basic computer skills
