Blink Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to receive, process, and fulfill prescriptions while providing excellent patient care and support. The role involves managing inventory, resolving issues with patients and insurers, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter, and process prescriptions
• Prepare prescription orders
• Maintain inventory
• Handle inbound/outbound calls
• Document call information
• Provide patient care
• Understand Blink Health product
• Resolve open orders
• Ensure safe and compliant tasks
• Collaborate with team and pharmacists

Requirements

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in Missouri
• Pharmacy technician experience preferred
• Strong English language skills
• Excellent phone presence
• Attention to detail
• Ability to learn new software
• Coaching/leadership experience preferred
