Job Description

Blink Health is seeking a results-driven operations leader to manage the logistics and operational workflow of their mail order pharmacy. This role focuses on facility layout, inventory, supply chain coordination, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The Senior Manager will lead a team of non-clinical staff and collaborate with pharmacy leadership to maintain compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational workflow to meet SLAs
• Oversee inventory and material flow
• Establish and maintain workflow processes
• Monitor throughput and adjust labor assignments
• Design and manage facility layout
• Oversee pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical inventory
• Manage vendor coordination and deliveries
• Lead inventory control programs
• Manage a team of non-clinical staff
• Collaborate with pharmacy, facilities, IT, and procurement teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics
• Experience in central fill pharmacy or pharmaceutical inventory preferred
• Proven ability to optimize fulfillment operations
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
• Strong people management skills
• Expertise in inventory control and vendor management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in warehouse systems and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri
