Blink Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist Supervisor to lead and mentor a team of pharmacists in a closed-door environment. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Pharmacists
• Coordinate workload distribution and monitor productivity
• Drive hiring and onboarding efforts
• Conduct performance evaluations
• Leverage data to assess team performance
• Monitor and manage workflow queues
• Set performance targets and ensure SLA adherence
• Identify and implement operational solutions
• Resolve escalated patient concerns
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws
• Monitor quality standards and address compliance risks
• Foster open communication and collaboration
• Serve as a role model and address escalations

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• Active Missouri Pharmacist License
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience managing a team of 10+ people
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Skillful communication abilities
• Strong technical aptitude
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Expertise in data analysis and process optimization
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
