Job Description

Blink Health is seeking an experienced leader to improve conversation rates and help patients understand the benefits of using their services. This role involves leading a team of 50 with expected growth, partnering with various departments, and owning conversion targets. It's a new role offering a greenfield opportunity to build a customer service operation from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organizational strategies to enhance customer outreach and retention
  • Lead and foster a high-performance team culture
  • Oversee outbound call campaigns
  • Analyze customer feedback and call metrics
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development
  • Drive process improvement to increase efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • 10+ years of experience leading outbound calling teams
  • 5+ years of experience leading large Customer Service Teams
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proven track record of delivering results
