Job Description

Blink Health is seeking a resilient leader to champion the Voice of the Customer across the organization. This role will focus on building programs to gather customer insights, manage executive escalations, and foster customer connections to drive product improvements and enhance the overall customer experience. It's a greenfield opportunity to build a program from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Build a Voice of Customer Insights program
  • Develop and implement survey strategies (NPS, CSAT)
  • Analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements
  • Communicate customer insights to stakeholders
  • Build an escalation intake and handling mechanism
  • Develop a Correction of Errors (COE) process
  • Develop a Customer Connections Program
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Engineering)
  • Act as a liaison between customer and internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in customer experience or related roles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations
  • Proven track record of VoC strategies
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
